Dancing With Depression

Adam Turner talks openly about living with depression — his own story, and conversations with others — to make the subject a little less off-limits. Honest, personal, and built on a simple idea: no one should have to navigate this alone.

About the show

Dancing With Depression is Adam Turner's ongoing, open conversation about mental health, and depression in particular. Diagnosed in 2015, he shares his own experience and sits down with guests to talk plainly about something that's too often kept quiet. Some days the dance is a slow waltz; some days it's faster and harder to hold. The throughline stays the same: you are not alone, and you did nothing wrong.

If you're struggling, you don't have to do it alone. In the U.S., call or text 988 any time to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. For non-emergency support and resources, the NAMI HelpLine is 1-800-950-6264.
